Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning

Henley Practice offers both personal training and Strength & Conditioning for those who want guidance along with coaching and encouragement to reach their goals. Our trainers are based in our purpose built gym in the centre of Henley-on-Thames at The Oast House above Athlete Service.

Our trainers work both independently and as part of an integrated team alongside chiropractors, rehabilitation practitioners, sports coaches and analysis experts to give you the very best in training.

Personal training is a wide-ranging practice incorporating corrective/rehabilitation, strength, and power, speed and endurance training protocols.

One-to-one training is designed to give you access to the latest training techniques based on research and best practice combined with an analytical eye to ensure you develop the best technique. This can help you return from injury, return to sport or achieve your very best!

The variety found within personal training and Strength & Conditioning is huge; one day you may be performing a corrective exercise session more akin to Pilates, further down the line, you may be learning Olympic lifts and throwing more than your own bodyweight above your head.
