Sam started out as a Personal Trainer in 2009. He quickly realised there was a need for trainers with a greater knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and corrective exercise and dealing with on-going injuries, so decided to study for a degree in Sports Therapy. Since graduating from the University of Kent with first class honours in 2012, Sam has continued to work as Specialist Personal Trainer, focusing on injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Sam recently completed his Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning and is thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to keep up-to-date with the latest research to get the best results out of his clients.
In his spare time, Sam enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and has just taken up skiing. Sam also has a background in Thai Boxing and has even trained and competed in Thailand.
