Laura Vann is a certified Level 3 Pilates Instructor who found Pilates after suffering severe lower back pain during and after her first pregnancy. She set herself the goal to train herself out of pain and is now free of back pain.
She is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others and believes Pilates can benefit almost everyone once they understand the fundamentals of the discipline. Laura is brilliant at helping clients to build an awareness of their core muscles, posture and alignment and start to understand how to move differently. Laura is also a qualified TRX trainer and has a Level 3 Qualification in Pre & Post Natal exercise.
Outside of Pilates, Laura loves hanging out in Henley with family and friends and is passionate about healthy living and nutrition.
